Moreland is a career .764 OPS guy. He is not a .900 OPS guy, and his fall is expected. Its one of the reasons we cannot afford to have Bradley in the lineup any more.
No GM is going to make a "substantial offer" for an unproven player. Swihart hasn't been given a reasonable chance to prove himself behind the plate, so he remains an unknown commodity. He deserves a chance to do that. The Red Sox should have done that long ago.
I wouldn't. Realmutto has a career OPS of .762. Catchers tend to wear down in time. I do not trade starting pitching+a decent RP for his production. On the other hand, I would trade Bradley for a bag of golf balls, as long as they are Titleist balls.
