Sucking is better than mediocrity. At least you get a good draft position if you suck. This team is headed towards sucking
-
.500 team Just like the last several years. Mediocrity sucks.
-
Rafaela will k hes useless
-
Rafaela and Story need to go
-
Game over oh-and nice start for Mayer
-
Not sure this game is going to get played. I heard there is some major inclement weather headed towards Boston.
-
IF he even makes contact…
-
Story needs to grab some pine for a long time
-
This game is boring. The Flops can’t even make contact.
-
8ks so far. Back to this crap.
-
Rafaela strikes out…..YAWWWWN!
-
Sogard isn’t the answer at 1B
-
Nice throw by Rafaela!
-
29 pitches already
-
Laz Diaz certainly brought his A game tonight 🙄
-
THAT is how to play the game
-
Narvaez was a Yankee. I hold that against him.
-
Lindor looked safe
-
Buehler needed to get his work in. He didn’t throw enough pitches unfortunately
-
He had some very good seasons, didn’t he. When he was hitting and doing his magic in CF he was a joy to watch. But the point is this: overall his performance with a bat wasn’t good enough to keep him in the game. Rafaela is heading in the same direction. And because he has zero plate discipline I don’t see that changing.

What a load of crap. That ump needs a good punch in the teeth.
-
Career OPS+=82 That sucks.
-
He did do ok for a while-but as you said, the wheels came off. I think he had what-10 years? And his OPS+ only made it above 89 three times. His career OPS+ is 82, which SUCKS. At the end he couldn’t find a job in the game because he couldn’t hit the baseball. He was forced out of the game at a pretty early age. Rafaela is headed in the same direction because he simply has no plate discipline. His career OPS+ is 84, which also sucks. I don’t see him getting better at the plate. If we want to contend for a ring we have to do better than Rafaela.

Game over Nice win clean

The wind knocked that down. Guess who’s up! Lets move on to the next inning.
