No, I wasn't questioning any of that. I'm mainly talking about the 27 pitches part. I think Hinch should have at least removed him after he hit Moreland.

Yeah, it doesn't look good on them, that's for sure. It's a real head-scratcher why, if they were going to cheat, they would choose a method so easy to detect.

Easy to second-guess, but I don't think it was a great move by Hinch leaving Osuna in for 27 pitches.

I'm not sure who wanted Fister back or why. The guy pitched a few good games last year but in general he was an end-of-the-line junkballer and his overall numbers were not very good.

You have to like him. He pitched well for us in the regular season too, aside from a couple of rough outings.

Pearce has proven to be a fantastic acquisition. As has Eovaldi - that might actually be an understatement - he's come up huge. He must be on Cloud 9 right now.

That's a lot of goods. I assume our most desirable properties would be Benintendi and Devers. It can't be done. I think we'll be going the free agency route to replace Kimbrel.
