    This is not the fans' fault. It's the FO's fault! They are inept. This FO sucks, and hasn't improved with the departure of boy Blunder. Ben the Boob has done nothing to fix this team. I keep saying that, as fans, we are entitled to ask for, nay, demand, at least an ALCS appearance per season. Anything else is failure. In fact, the 2011 102-win Phillies are nothing but a failure since they didn't make it to the ALCS.

    We are entitled to it every year. This is a large market team and should act like it. Stop the penny pinching, trade useless prospects for established stars and sign the best FA's available. Anything less than an ALCS is a failed season.

Like many others, i know this inept FO's thinking and have come up with a plan that better suits what i as a Red Sox fan, am entitled to. 1) Forget about the salary cap. 2) Trade for Hanley. 3) Trade for Mauer. 4) Trade for Felix. 5) Since there are no All-Stars available for RF, move Youk over to 1st, Scutaro to 3rd, and A-Gon to RF. 6) Win WS, screw the future. That's a foolproof plan for victory! in 2012.
