Giving up Esp. for him I'm real concerned and pissed. We'll have to see what the issue is.

So we gave up our #1 pitching prospect for a pitcher who may be damaged goods. Not sure what the medical issue is, but going forward if it's serious, I'll be pissed if MLB doesn't take big steps. We should get Esp. back and send them back someone else. I'm not sure if a trade can be voided out, but if it's a big issue serious penalties should be hammered down.

Saw a selfie of Benny today. This kid has a real strong upper body. He has some pretty big arms for his size and big hands.

If it's something serious, I would hope a harsh penalty would be coming. If it was the Patriots, they would have to suspend people, and give up players.

Lots of baseball left to play. I still feel good about this team, but I hope some of the games we let slip don't come back to bite us in the end.

Don't take too long, I think Farrell had to go, thats why it took him so long to go to the mound last night. Just saying -
Agree, The fact of the matter is Price threw 7 shut out innings and the manager, pitching coach should be looking for any tell tale signs that the pitcher may be tiring. I'm not a monday morning quarterback on this issue. I have expressed my opinion many times about Farrell. Even if we won the game he should of got the hook right after the hit after the homer. I'm not faulting him for who he brought in etc., but again I think his game management too many times is awful.. It was also a joke how some sports writers had neg. press on Price for the game. He pitched real good and should of left the game after 7+ innings allowing 1 to 2 runs. I'll take that all day long.

Would be nice to see at least one front line pitcher come up and dominate for us. Groom and Kopech have that potential, but we've been down that road before.

Want to see much more of Kopech before we let him go.

Just checked the injury report, looks like Young should be ready for a rehab start in 11/2 weeks. Sounds like still a ways off even without setbacks...

Being the fact that left field is up for grabs, give the kid a sniff. Maybe he runs with it or maybe he isn't ready. Worst case he goes back down and knows what he has to work on to be ready the next time. He will need some time to adjust, so what. What player doesn't. We have our #1 starter still trying to adjust. He will be a big part of the future so guys don't get too high or low on him right now. F.. Beltran and the Yankees.

Agree, at some point this team has to put up or go home. Still a long way to go. Plenty of talent here. Just do the f.. job boys.

Not moving Sale might come back and bite them. Sounds like they turned down a lot of talent. I know no guarantees, but the Yanks restocked. Look what the Pale hose could have gotten for 1 player. Time will tell. -

In the long run I think not trading Benny or Moncada was a very smart move. I might of pulled the trigger if it was Jose Fernan. Just a bad feeling about Sale. -
