I really can't blame Farrell for everything, but this team has bad carma and something is missing. One night a player is lights out, the next he sucks. Seems like one pitch, one inning does us in. A team most times is a reflection of its manager. Just honestly look how Giardi did everything he could to win the series with all the moves he made. The team responded. We still have a lot of young players on this team that have more growing to do. This team is loaded with talent and should be at least 5 games better in the win column. We need a manager that is in the game, every pitch, and every inning. Bottom line, with the young talent we have and have coming, we need a manager that these kids can relate to and have faith in. Moving forward, I just think a change is needed. Who that next guy is, not sure. I like a manager that doesn't sugar coat things and puts grit into his players. A manager that has fire. A manager that will call out a player. John Farrell has been through a tough year with his medical issues, and now with the way the team is performing. No doubt he is a tough man, but with everything that has gone on, how could he be thinking clearly. Some of his moves and non moves have left a lot to be desired. I hope this team goes off for his sake and all of us. This team has been real fun to watch, but at the same time real frustrating too many times because of the talent we have.
