    As bad as Dalbec was / is.... these spare parts they got don't seem like any type of upgrade.

    Interesting I did not know that. It is crazy looking at paychecks for Devers, Duran, and Refsynder. Money sure don't get averaged out fairly.

    Reference the chatter on Devers.... I really don't mind him... he's an ok ball player... I mind that we are paying him so much for what he is- but not his fault.

    Duran is the best baseball player on this team... don't care what anyone says... what stats says. He gets it done.... 40% talent, 60% hustle... and playing every day.

    While I don't think they are the same player.... I will concede I have no idea what Dalbec is... to see someone become that totally lost at the plate is really weird to watch.

    We are seeing the value of Chris Sale... you didn't realize how many team injuries he was absorbing.

    I don't know what happens with the rest of the season... but thus far it has been borderline miraculous- the number of wins they are putting together. I was as upset as anyone with the off-season... but will admit it has been a fun team to watch so far.

    Hmmm... it appears my feed for the game is about 5 minutes behind actual game time. Makes it a bit of a pain- trying hard not to look at the outcomes of AB's before I actually see them on TV.

    Been pretty fun watching this team so far... at least interesting.... I mean it feels like an absolute miracle beyond explanation they are over .500 at all.
