  1. Forgot which forum you were on for a second? It must be difficult to have to pretend you're not a Yankees fan on here and be a Yankees fan everywhere else.
  2. Why couldn't Gregg be un-suspended? It's really not fair to us that we have to face a good reliever in the 9th.
  3. I think we might actually lose to the Orioles. I'm in shock.
  4. How long have you been a Yankees fan?
  5. Good old Aceves. We'll get a shot at a reliever not named Uehara. This is our chance.
  6. BostonSouth's post history is hilarious. He's clearly a Yankees fan.
  7. 0.01% We don't have the prospects.
  8. Does BostonSouth look like a Yankees troll in disguise to everyone else, too? I've never seen him when the Red Sox were winning.
  9. That should do it. Not a bad second major league start. Weiland started to show flashes of why he was so successful in AAA in his last three innings.
  10. Weiland looks like he's starting to settle in now. He's keeping the ball down and snapping off the breaking ball.
  11. Looks like Colon's rolling along.
  12. Salty! He's shown some serious power lately. God was I wrong about him this offseason.
  13. Nice! Got him to roll over on a changeup.
  14. Gonzalez has gone 2-for-22 since the Home Run Derby.
  15. So he's pitched 7 innings in the majors and we've already decided he sucks?
  16. At least he only gave up 2 and not 6 in the second inning this time around. Hopefully he'll settle down now like he did in his last start.
  17. Sounds like the Mets are trying to get high payroll teams involved to get other teams to cover more of Beltran's salary now that the Yankees are rumored to be out.
  18. Weiland's control looked shakey in the first.
  19. Chiang is up to .329/.386/.646 with 16 home runs, 32 doubles and 68 RBI in 76 games at AA. Still very raw defensively though and I'm not sure he'll ever improve.
  20. Did you not read my post? He's hit lefties well throughout his professional baseball career going back to 2007.
  21. Why is it necessary to get someone to platoon with Reddick and face lefties? Reddick's hit over .400 against lefties in his brief major league career and has shown an ability to hit both lefties and righties equally well over the last four years in the minors.
  22. It's funny how many people there are criticizing Epstein for signing Jenks and Wheeler to their contracts and how few people there are praising him for getting Aceves, Albers and Morales for practically nothing.
