    We've known for a couple years now that he's a great young pitcher. I don't know why this is causing so many people here to insist that the sky is falling. That's the other downside to Opening Day: you usually have to go up against an ace. If the bats come alive and we win handily today, the mood here will change in a heartbeat

    Seriously though, we should give Matt Harvey a nice thumping today. Weather will be a bit more like spring today. Right around 50, and then gradually getting warmer for every game remaining in this homestand. Hopefully that warms the bats up.
