I definitely like him more than Lou Merloni. If it's just Flemming with Castiglione, it's tolerable. It was just the two of them yesterday.

On that note, it will be interesting to see if, as the summer goes on, some last place teams continue to limit their capacity so that they can claim that they have sellouts. Take the Marlins, for example. That place is never more than half full to begin with.

True. For the record, I didn't think we were a wild card team coming into the season. That doesn't mean I wasn't excited for the season though. My senior year baseball team in HS went 2-20. I learned long ago not to fixate in the result, as long as you have fun along the way. These first two days I've had fun being a fan

Appreciate it! Beyond excited I'm not expecting much either, which is why I'm not overly upset or distressed. So then that means other people here were either expecting us to be really good, or just like to complain. I think it's the latter.

Am I more concerned than I was at this point yesterday? Yes. I would love nothing more for this team to be respectable this season. But, do I care? Not a wink. After 2020, I am so glad just to have sports back in a fuller capacity, with all the sights and sounds approaching a more normal level. And, in 58 days, I will fulfill a dream and move to Boston. I don't care how bad we are, I still can't wait to go to games all summer long. And I'm a fan of the game. There are other teams and othe players that I will always root for. The Sox being good has always just been an added bonus for me.

Can't really blame the bullpen just yet. It's on the offense to score more runs. Can't expect to win games if you're averaging 2 runs every 15 innings
