    Tracked the 1st 3 innings on Gameday, then watched the highlights when I got out of practice. Great game.

    I love playing more, but on weekends of majors, I'm perfectly down sitting on the couch for 5-6 hours at a time, watching golf and flipping periodically over to NESN.

    I'm watching out for Rory, Scott, Day, and Bubba. They all seem to be red hot right now.

    I don't have time during the week to DVR, and I hate watching recordings when I know the outcome of the game.

    Now I'll miss the whole game tomorrow. 1:10 start means they'll be almost halfway done by the time I get out of school, then I'll have practice. I really wanted to see Price pitch.

    Cespedes' defense is picking up right where it left off in the World Series. He looks like me out there, dropping that soft liner.

    Well, our man Dave is not at the Women's Final Four, so he just may be 100% committed to NESN, at least for Opening Day. Oh, and it'll be 33 with wind and snow flurries tomorrow in the Mistake by the Lake.

    Happy drafting! Bummed to hear that AJ is out for a good while. Guess I can't draft the same exact group as last year...

    Oh yeah, I completely forgot. I assume we're on the same deal as last year, as I still cannot send money online. I'm so busy, but I'll make it a point to send out the money through the mail on either Friday or Saturday.

    They fell apart in the NLCS, and have only added to their roster. At they legit WS favorites? Sure. Of course. The Spx choked in the LCS the year before breaking their curse. I'm not drawn to the Cubs. I like their management, and their new attitude of running the team. It's great for baseball that they're good again, but I feel like I can't note their achievements and all Theo and Maddon's hard work until they win a World Series. Until last year, they'd been a last place team basically my whole conscious lifetime, so I stil associate them as such.

    Davey O is ditching y'all today. He's up in Orlando, calling the UConn game today! I'll take it. He's one of ESPN's biggest game guys.

    And up until two years ago or so, it had been a rough eternity for Maryland basketball.

    All I know is that it's nice to have a Sox-killer on our side for once, even if he won't stay long.

    Next year is going to be tough for me to swallow. My Red Sox fandom has revolved around Big Papi. He's always been there in my eyes; I can't remember a time without him, but can't forget his lasting moments, specifically the '04 ALCS and '13 ALCS

    This game tonight is the first one I've watched, and if I close my eyes, it's as if I'm still listening to O'Brien on the radio with a slightly more Bostonian sounding color man.

    And at least for me, even their quest for 73 will be postponed in a week or so for March Madness.
