  1. Agree. That's what I've been saying. Sorry but, a cycle has ended. This organization needs to be shacked. Give somebody else the management in order to build a real and solid depth.
  2. Tomorrow shall be our day guys...We need to take at least 2 of this series, and tomorrow our ace is on the mound and on National TV. Let's Go Red Sox!
  3. I thought you were agree. But just in case. GMs are always charged for the overall final result.
  4. +1 Back to back injury seasons is not a coincidence. Lack of planning and execution in effect out there. Since Theo is the head of this organization, he is fully responsible of the final result.
  5. I was sarcastic hehehe . You were totally right. This is Theo and his crew fault. It ain't other way to see it despite the injuries. If this team doesn't make the POs again or go out early once there some heads will roll, and Theo's head could be leading that list, you bet.
  6. Don't look at me, look at Theo and his crew. :harhar:
  7. Mayday! Mayday! the ship is inundating.
  8. If tomorrow this team doesn't win (with Beckett on the mound) the panic button should be pushed deeply.
  9. Charge that to Theo.
  10. This^^ Again, Poor Argument.
  11. ... And I already quoted you when you say," The Red Sox are damn profitable".
  12. Nope, since I never said that. I told you early, quote me where I said that.
  13. I never said whether they were profitable or not, SINCE I DON'T HAVE THEIR DAMN FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. NOBODY HAS. WHICH PART YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND? COMPRENDE? Therefore say "They are profitable" or "They are not profitable" is an empty argument.
  14. When you have a budget like the Red Sox has, the minimum result expected is Championships and Revenue/Profit, period. If you no longer deliver that, you have to go. No hard-feelings, this is business. As simple as that. As I said, his cycle has finished, but that's me, I already rest my case. Nevertheless, if JH thinks that he is still profitable (again, I ignore minimal expected Theo's KPIs) despite his poor management, he will continue, otherwise he will go.
  15. Hey Youk, finish him!
  16. I'm cool man but he defamed me and called me ignorant with crappy arguments.
  17. Exactly. EDIT A bunch of financial metrics which are supported with a logistic transactions are considered in order to calculate the EBITDA/Profit; every organization has a unique financial model in order to calculate their metrics. Revenue via tickets is just one in dozens of them. That being said, his argument is very poor and limited.
  18. Really? What is Theo's margin contribution? Poor argument.
  19. True, but you already ate 14 MUSD for -.2 WAR. If he still this way (unlikely), another failure would be charged to Theo.
  20. Quote me where I posted that and still waiting his EBITDA contribution. Since the beginning I've been saying that I don't have their financial statement or the minimal expected Theo's KPIs in order to emit a REAL and ACCURATE judgement. (as you seem to have, since you always take everything for granted) You can't evaluate and judge a good/bad business plan without results/outcome. You just can't do that. Otherwise you were talking just about "Good/Bad Intentions", but definitely not a good/bad business plan at all. Good business plans are always supported with financial results. With the very few elements that we have, I'd presume a couple of things (Outside In analysis) You say that he planned well our Rotation's depth. This team is the 20th and 25th ERA and QS in all baseball with plenty access to the money, more? since his "good business plan" he has in jeopardy this team to make the playoffs or go early once there = loss revenue/profit At the FA his failure goes beyond. Let me put some names and numbers there. Lackey 84 MUSD Renteria 8 MUSD Lugo 26.7 MUS DiceK 100 MUSD Jenks 12 MUSD Smoltz 5.5 MUSD Cameron 7.7 MUSD Jenks 12 MUSD Crawford 142 MUSD; you already ate 14 MUSD for a -0.2 WAR thus far. If CC (unlikely, even though you already ate 14 MUSD for terrible results) and Lackey (likely) continue performing like they have performed, Theo would've thrown to the trash can 397 f***ing MUSD. If that is a good business plan, and you really believe that crap, the ignorant is somebody else. I would like to see Theo Epstein manage an organization like KC or TB where the abundance is null.
