  1. Can we send Aceves? and give this team a possibility to win.
  2. Lackey and O's pitcher want to probe who is worse. gone!
  3. Our hopes rest on O's pitcher considering his recent numbers.
  4. Lowrie, Jackson McD, Tek, Lackey... Do we really expect win this like this in the first place?
  5. LOL this is a bush team....
  6. Why is McD playing anyway?
  7. Exactly. BTW....Maybe Theo saw this coming and was the intellectual author in order to protect his ass.
  8. Yes they are. You bet. I've been saying that our pathetic rotation is taxing their s***** beds to our offense; and what worries me the most is that mentally they are devastated at this point. Especially this month they often go out there pressured early in the games, the mindset is other when you always start over and over and over again with 2+ Rs deficit as we have been playing. No offense can bear that, not even the best as ours.
  9. Agree. This is what I'm talking about. No more, no less. BTW and just to be clear, I wish/desire/want/hope/etc. That the RS makes the playoffs. Nevertheless, I tried to point what IMO is good or bad on this team, some around here seems to have a bandage on their eyes, I don't.
  10. I said Tons of times that we should give the spot to Aceves a loooong time ago and some around here went to my throat and gave me bad names for that
  11. I had not the opportunity to watch the game, but seems like the same "get pound early" film rolled again in Fenway. Our pitching is a blank check. These days it doesn't matter if we face the O's or the Astros, any team can put this team in predicament, that's the sad side of the story. Our pitching depth is a f***ing joke. They tax their pathetic performance to the offense. They always go out there saying, oh boy! Here we go again with 2+ Rs deficit. This situation has devastated mentally our offense. Seems like nothing is left, we'll see.
  12. Wow, A lot have been said about this topic Nobody is taking away his credit for what he accomplished in this organization but a cycle would be finished if we don't make the POs again IMO. The singns are there. Cycles go and cycles come, It happens all the time in large corporations, so... don't be afraid if somebody named Theo or whatever goes, nobody is indispensable, large corporations don't understand concepts of names or time, in the end they prevail through time with ups and downs. We will be fine, trust me. It ain't over yet, we'll see how it ends.
  13. When you want a GM/CEO/Head/Main Director, etc. You look at high management profiles; the names come later. I mean, I've seen GMs go from one industry to another completely different over and over and over again just like that due their SOLID MANAGEMENT SKILLS. I believe that a baseball organization or any other company beyond the industry it belongs, looks for a GM who can deploy with success those skills; it is not necessary the knowledge of the core business, it comes later. Sure, If this candidate has experience in that industry (ex. Baseball), even better, but it is not a most, you want the profile.
  14. Well, if we at least go 4-3 with the O's we'll make the POs. BTW we still playing under .300 :harhar:
  15. Well, nobody is indispensable in an organization, nobody. The signs and the symptoms are there and IMO a cycle would've ended if they do not make POs. But again, it is just me. The season ain't over but the panorama isn't encouraging at all. In the end, the main stakeholders will run the numbers and will seek for their own interests, you bet.
  16. After all, still 2 GB and 10 to go, gentlemen. We can't take the POs for granted anymore. We need to go game by game and play every remain game as if it means the entrance into the POs. My odds. (probable pitchers according to ESPN) BOS (4/10) (.400) BOS would finish with 91 W vs 2-2 BAL Weiland (L) BAL Lackey (L) BAL Bedard (W) BAL Beckett (W) at 1-2 NY Lester (W) NY Wake (L) NY to be announced (L) vs 1-3 BAL to be announced (L) BAL to be announced (W) BAL to be announced (L) TB (6/10) (.600) TB would finish with 91 W (2-2) at NY Davis (10-9) Hughes (5-5) (W) at NY Hellickson (13-10) Nova (15-4) (L) at NY Shields (15-11) Sabathia (19-8) (L) at NY Niemann (11-7) Colon (8-9) (W) (2-1) vs TOR Price (12-12) Morrow (10-11) (W) vs TOR Davis (10-9) Romero (15-10) (L) vs TOR to be announced (W) (2-1) vs NY to be announced (W) vs NY to be announced (L) vs NY to be announced (W) If this is the scenario we wouldn't make the POs. I'm not sure where to put another W or give another L to TB, What do u think?
  17. I don't see CC out of NY, They will pay whatever he demands. Regardless, that seems like he looooooves the big spot lights.
  18. Trust me, it is FOs fault.
