  1. Couldn't catch last 2 games. Glad I didn't lol We win todays fellas.
  2. Oh I know the area of Taxqueña, I had a girlfriend who lived there. It’s in the south. In those days I lived in la Colonia Nápoles. Today I live in the north, actually en el Estado de México, in a zone called Zona Esmeralda. Veeeeery far from Taxqueña lol I know Coyoacan as well. It is a very nice zone with a lot of culture and a great place for tourists and of course to get married. The neighborhoods and architecture in Coyoacan are beautiful. A lot of things to do there — restaurants, museums, malls, bars, etc.
  3. Yeah it doesn’t open.
  4. Oh oks, glad to hear you liked it. Las rajas are made of a chili called “Chile Poblano”. Depending of the rest and even the region, it can be cooked in several ways. I like them in quesadillas with queso Oaxaca lol.
  5. I have a lot of faith on Bloom. A lot. We will be like the Dodgers in the AL (maybe better). Great farm. Great pitching. Balance of elite talent and veterans. Great FA signings. With literally nothing, Bloom assembled a very competitive team this year. Just imagine what he can do with plenty of money and flexibility.
  6. I think we did well last time we faced Matz. Let’s go!
  7. That food is what most people eat in Mexico City. Love it as well. Out there are thousands of great rest where you can eat this, specially Tacos al Pastor. I guess you lived here moon. You are very well informed.
  8. Well, Texmex food is not Mexican food at all. Similar but we do not eat that, specially in Mexico City. Pozole is a great dish. I like it as well. Here there’s a chain of restaurants (like McDonalds lol) called “La Casa de Toño” which its speciality is pozole. It’s a must to go spot when you come here. Literally you will spend like 10 bucks (maybe less) and you will get a festín. Not to mention the service is ultra fast — I think they have a Guinness record for that. The offer of restaurants and variety is really big and for all budgets, and even those which are “expensive”, they aren’t for Americans. Let me know when you come and I can share you a list of my fav.
  9. Just can’t go to sleep. A lot of adrenaline is still running through my veins after this game lol
  10. Whata game all around. This team deserves more credit people, cmon! Lol
  11. Give me a call, it will be my pleasure old sport. I’ve had the opportunity to be in several cosmopolitan cities in the world, and IMHO no one is better than Mexico City. Literally no one. Price-quality is just the best. Sure, we can go to some of the best (considered) rest of the world here like Pujol, Quintonil, Rosa Negra, Contramar, etc. you’ll love them pal.
  12. This team reminds me a lot that 2018 team man. A lot.
  13. I guess this was what happened lol
  14. Yeah, here is waaaaaay cheaper. You literally can eat at one of the best 50 rest of the world here, with what you pay to park your car in Boston for a day lol Walkoff btw lol
  15. Anyone remember what happened with Dolis last time? lol
  16. It’s a waste man with that OBP and considering we don’t have a leadoff.
  17. Really? Enlighten me please lol
  18. Why isn’t Arroyo leadingoff already man? Why?
  19. Seems like tickets this year are even more ridiculous expensive last time I check. It’s crazy how people even in pandemia spend like this lol fences are loaded.
  20. Oh yeah! Walking up the ramp and suddenly see that turf is something special. To me, going to Boston is very very expensive —plane, tickets, hotel, food, restaurants, booze, etc; but worth it. If they make the playoffs, I’ll be there, no matter what lol
  21. Yeah, it is amazing. I’ve been there several times but I guess my fav one was in home-opening day in 2014 I guess vs WSH, and a series vs Cubs in 2017 (not sure the year)
  22. Just can’t wait to go to Fenway again. People who live in Boston look it as business as usual but to me it always was a hell of a expirence.
