  1. CF's can be placed in LF, yes?
  2. I was going to pick Jose Reyes, but I assumed since he went on the DL on May 26, 2009 and missed the rest of the season it would devalue him too much
  3. Yeah it was stated 08' and '09 stats are a factor, perhaps youker20 completely missed that lol

  5. As a Yankees fan I'm glad this deal didn't go through, seemed kinda pointless to rent Lee for half a season when they can sign him as a FA without giving away there best prospect. Not to mention this Yankees pitching staff is fine the way it this season. 45 wins between there pitchers before the all star break, can't complain. Plus if they signed Lee at this point what team would have real chance of beating them in the post season? It might've made it feel like a hollow championship
  6. Just got home, I select CC Sabathia
  7. Too bad it wasn't Girardi who picked him, he was voted in on the players' ballot. Girardi picked Sabathia, but since CC has to pitch 2 days later Pettite will almost certainly take his place.
  8. Are you serious? Yankees are adored world wide, even Tom Brady and Lebron James are Yankees fans.
  9. Haha, what's the point of having sunglasses when you don't use them?
  10. First Grand Slam for Gardener; knocked Romero out of the game
  11. TIED GAME!!!! Time for Jeter to finish this
  12. Burnett is way too much of a streaky pitcher, when he's good he's great, when he's bad he's horrible. AJ has lost five straight starts now and seen his ERA balloon from 3.28 on May 30 to 5.25 on Saturday
  13. I'd be happy to join if thats okay
  14. If Lebron truely didn't care about money and was all for winning, he would sign with Miami for 1$ so they can keep Wade and get Bosh. (Lebron makes millions from endorsements anyway) Can you imagine Wade, Bosh and Lebron on the same team? Lakers and Celtics wouldn't stand much a chance
