Yeah Yankees won the first game. Yanks and Rays are tied for first place now, how will home field advantage/playoff schedule be determined if they both win or lose tomorrow? being its the last game of the season and they would have the same record.

Would be nice if we could go down to a 8 hour window to speed things up, the extra 2 hours doesn't seem to make a difference for the people who keep getting skipped, however if he was skipped 2 hours earlier for example, suns was still on and could've made his pick.

Well having your two best offensive players going down for the count in Pedroia and Youkilis certainly didn't help, Theo tried bringing Bay back last off season for more offense but he rejected the offer so they gave that money to Lackey instead. Not sure how much they have coming off the books but maybe you'll get lucky and have Crawford on your team next year.

Seems the Yankees will be facing the Twins in the first round. They can go with a 3 man rotation, having CC Pitch games 1 then short rest for game 4, have Pettitte pitch game 2 and be on full rest for game 5, then have Hughes pitch game 3. I don't see them giving Burnett the ball seeing how absolutely awful he's been. Not to mention Lefties match up well against the Twins

He's not that old; turned 32 a few months ago. Even at age 32, he is still considered among the best cornerbacks in the NFL. He had 63 solo and 11 assist tackles last year which was one of the highest. Hell Charles Woodson was the 3rd CB taken and he'll be 34 next month
