    YES!!! NESN showed them the other night and many people were laughing at the old unis. Not me! I remember when the Astrodome was a very big deal and the bright orange striped unis were a perfect match for the image of the team. To this day when I think of Nolan Ryan, I see him in one of those uniforms.

    It's still a small sample size. But I never bought into his demise a few years back when many people were say that he was done. The Achilles / heel / foot problems worries me. He has not forgotten how to play baseball. I hope that he keeps the weight off.

    I never saw too much of him. I saw him play center in Philly, I believe. You have seen all the Sox RF play for over 40 years. I say he plays about as well as Dewey and certainly as well as Reggie Smith did. I'd pay to see him play. How do you see him measure up with his predecessors?
