Keep what to myself? I did not insult him. I stated a fact and then my opinion. I never called him a name. Hearing the same thing over and over is boring and has become irritating to at least three members of this board. If User says something that I don't agree with I say so. Read yesterday's posts. As for censorship or whatever, VA and then you criticized me for calling Papi Poopi ( even though many in the Boston area call him this ). Out of respect for two other members of this board I stopped. No biggy. Even if the idea does not agree with me. To me, saying the same thing over and over to people who you know will be unlikely to agree with you is trolling and/ or is childishly disrespectful to those members. But hey. If you want more divisive comments that will likely lead to more ugliness, by all means continue to endorse this type of behavior. I fully expect you to suggest that I put iortiz on ignore. But I will do no such thing. I like reading most of what he has to say and I do not dislike him. I just don't like hearing the same thing over and over again said by the same person when it serves no purpose.

This is how I feel. At this point I have lowered my expectations for this team. Now, I just want to see the team play good baseball and win maybe half of their games.

I don't care for his politics but I have always admired his smarts and baseball savy. I doubt that his health would allow him to be a full time coach but damn I have a feeling he would be excellent in that role.

Pardon me. I just read this post and have yet to read all the others. It may be the Strawberry Cush or premature senility but I seem to remember Shilling advocating for Kelly to throw almost nothing but 4 seam fastballs. Kelly was throwing about 70% four steamers and Schilling said that Kelly's four seam command was so good that he could paint both sides of the plate with it. He said the other pitches that he threw were not needed very much. He wanted Kelly to abandon the two seamer. He wanted Kelly to feature his 4 seamer at least 80% of the time. Not that much of this matters if the coaches are not telling him the same thing.
