    Obviously no one here knows all the details about the deal. I do find it interesting that the Greek God Of Suck was able to swing a deal for a player that the Sox needed when the Sox apparently did not know that he was available. It's particularly curious to me as Beane and the Sox have been partners in many deals over the past several years. The Sox made a massive over pay for Fungu while a division rival scoops up the best power hitting 3rd baseman in the league for a comparative song. Maybe it was all just unfortunate timing. Maybe it was someone being negligent.

    This is bad but it was predictable. Something is seriously wrong with Porcello. He is way off of his game. And it's been this way all season. I like Pal's idea. It can't hurt.

    lol. Either is okay to drink if it's very cold. The Haffenreffer Private Stock I used to drink in the '70s was great but very skunky!!! Still worth a try!

    I heard that discussion live. It was pretty funny. Remy is from Somerset, Ma. His accent is "distinct". I understand him perfectly but I've live in this area forever.
