    All this was predictable when the Platelet injections were chosen over shut down and TJS. If they had done that then he would be healthy now as the team returns to competitive play and is poised to make the playoffs. I don't know all the details but I would have opted for surgery then when the Yankees sucked.

    I had read very recently that he is still having lingering effects of the injury. My overall point was simply that he HAS BEEN injured during his low output stretch. He is without a doubt the best hitting Sox catcher. It's just not happening for him at the moment.

    I was just remembering that he was creditied for helping some guys refine their swings and that Gedman was said to be one of those who benifited from him.

    Not sure if you have read this yet but getting to the park really early and taking a Fenway Park Tour is a REALLY good idea. There is so much history and other interesting s*** to see and to experience. Maybe look at the Sox website or call them to find out what times the tours are run. Maybe you can make a reservation?

    I want to ad that Nap saw an awfully large amount of pitches, generally. At least from what I remember. That has value.

    Orsillo will be calling the 06/17/17 game for Fox FS1, I believe. They should get Remy to be a guest during the game. That would be fun.

    Gedman was pretty good from what I remember. My favorite Sox Battery was Monty and Josephson. They looked and acted like catchers.

    "Rodriguez is currently on the 10-day disabled list after re-aggravating his left knee during his Friday start against the Orioles in Baltimore." I am a sloppy speller as most of you have seen. I do try to spell correctly and I do edit my mistakes if I notice them. This, however, is inexcusable. A professional journalist using this "word" that does not exist and makes no sense. Besides, it sounds really low class.
