    I'm taking Jbay because I don't see Youker's defense stopping Jbay's offense, even though Youker has built a pretty good offense with a good RB and a very good offensive line. That said, Cutler was not a great choice at QB and will have to win games in spite of him, rather than because of him. I think Jbay has a better team overall and his offense will win him the game.

    I think that going too deep into this one would be a waste of words. Boston22407 has some nice players, but he built his team like one would draft a fantasy team (not a real team) and it shows when it comes to mismatched defensive players, offensive numbers over offensive talent, and the "when in doubt, pick guys from your own team" mentality" I think that a few of boston22407's picks were among the worst picks in the draft (TO comes to mind) and I think that y228 is one of the ONLY people who really crafted his defense to fit the scheme he wanted, even if I'm not as big of a fan of the 3-4. I just think that this matchup isn't fair.

    I gotta pick Ytrb on this one. While I'm not as high on some of his offensive players, I do feel that his defense is very good. He also has a very good offensive line. The main point in my decision is Ytrb's defense vs. RSFFL's offense. I do think that Rivers is a good QB (although definitely not worth the #1 pick), and he has some good role players, but I don't see RSFFL scoring too many points off of Ytrb's defense, which he'll need every point he can get because his defense is going to give up a lot of rushing yards with Peterson/Foster and Ytrb's line. I do agree with Y228 that Cole is out of position, and that seems to be a factor for A LOT OF TEAMS, but I don't think that it'll be a deciding factor here, so I'd have to go with ytrb. I think that the Special Teams is a wash at this point, but I think that it would play a bigger factor in later rounds.

    I'd like to point out that (for once) I was on the optimistic side and I was one of the few that wasn't flipping out. I was laughing because I thought it was funny if the deal fell through and I defended the FO for not trading for Gonzalez if a long term deal wasn't reachable. I figured I'd say it because I don't know if I'll ever get a chance to say it again.

    I had put WhiskeyBreath's team first overall in my power rankings, not because it has the best offense or the best defense (which I think belong to my team and Y228's team respectively), but because I think it's the most balanced in the league. WB's team doesn't rely on one thing necessarily, and he's pretty much good in all aspects of the game, ie no real glaring weaknesses. I think that his offense should do well against Flynnatic's defense (which I will give Flynnatic some credit because his defense has some nice pieces) The main decider of the match in my opinion is WB's defense vs. Flynnatic's offense. I'm not a big fan of Flynnatic's offense, his QB, his RB's, and even some of his WR's. Kolb's style of play would benefit Witten and Steve Smith (NYG) more than Andre Johnson, and WB has a great front 7 to cover the short passes and to clog the running gaps. I have to take WhiskeyBreath in this one, and it isn't very close.

    I just thought of something positive about the Werth signing. I think it pretty much guarantees that we get the Tigers first round pick for Vmart.

    I wish we could do 10 day contracts like in other sports, so we could sign Coco for a couple of Rays series, especially when James Shields is starting. We could do the same with Farnsworth.

    I'd personally love to have Ordonez on a short deal, even with a higher AAV, as long as he isn't a type A FA.

    Did anyone mention Shaun Marcum being traded to the Brewers here yet? Anyway the Brewers 2nd ranked prospect (Brett Lawrie) was in the deal. I think this may set up a further move later on.

    I could see if Kilo lost to your team that he'd go ape s***, but I don't see why a team ranked last (which albeit may not be the worst team, but is clearly close to it) should be angry if they lose to a team that's one of the better teams in this thing. I do believe that mistakes are made in these things, some in the rankings and some in the voting, but putting Kilo's team near the top and putting your team near the bottom certainly ISN'T one of those mistakes. You did not get shafted in the baseball league and you did not get shafted here.

    Nobody can vote for their own team anyway, so he can't vote for his own team. Kilo is usually on early in the morning, especially after weekends. He's usually gone on the weekends though. He also has to finalise how many votes are required per round. I do think that if the person hasn't posted their explanation as to why they should win by 8am tomorrow, that people should be allowed to vote anyway. I don't think that people should be held up on the voting just because the person in question hadn't explained themselves.

    You would think that because it's your only chance of beating Kilo. Unfortunately for you, your opponent is also the one in charge of this and is the one that would make a ruling on it.

    I think it's clear that once again Suns, you did not get shafted, you just didn't have a good team.

    Yes, I told him all of the stipulations, the fact that it was in the future, the rules on injuries, to put the Browns fan's team last etc...
