    Crochet, Anthony, EVERYONE should be on the table for the right price. Unless you have the best player in the league on an amazing contract, every player should probably be available to the right bidder. It would just take paying out the nose for some guys.

    Cora still stays in touch with guys in the org. I wouldn't say never. However, I wouldn't put Cora in as CBO. How has it gone with the previous two CBO's who were brand new to the position? Big learning curve, huh? Now throw Cora in there who has never been in the FO before. That's a recipe for disaster.

    A lot of late comebacks that fall short. Their largest comeback win was only 2 runs! 41 runs scored in the 9th inning and 793 OPS, their highest for any inning (10 HR).

    It's not just SOSH, even Theo has alluded to it. Several former players, other executives and scouts have outright said it. It's pretty obvious when it's written on the wall.

    The way to measure Craig Breslow is by the Red Sox winning % and lesser by how the farm is doing. Not so great this year!

    If you acquire a LF and a DH, then you have no place for Anthony. You moving him too?

    They were already planning on benching somebody since they had Anthony/Masa/Duran for 2 spots. Adding Alonso would have forced the issue for a real move.

    They had him in the org for 2 years and had no interest in keeping him for whatever reason. Not sure how they are evaluating the offensive players currently.

    c - narvaez is fine 1b - all set for the next few years 2b - romy/durbin/don't care it's just 2b SS - need a longterm solution, probably Arias late 2027, but he's not some franchise savior 3b - find a power bat STAT rf - all set cf - all set lf - get roman healthy DH - find a power bat STAT

    Need to trade Narvaez, Story AND Duran so that we can take on a parttime Catcher who hasn't hit over 200 since he turned 30 three years ago.
