    That's what he's doing in AAA. That doesn't directly translate to MLB though. You'd expect some sort of regression. Campbell had a 410 OBP in AAA and is 100 points worse now.

    They scored 4+ runs in 31 games so far. The Dodgers have done so 35 times and they have the 2nd most runs scored in MLB (Sox are 6th). Every team has a game or two where they score a bunch of runs.

    The ceiling on Romy Gonzalez is a platoon bench guy. The ceiling on Kristian Campbell is every day player who sees a few All Star Games. I'm not worried about where Romy plays going forward. If the Sox miss the playoffs by 4 games or 20 games, it doesn't make a difference to me.

    Book Anthony a plane ticket to ATL for this weekend. Play Campbell at 1B. Keep Mayer at 3B for now. Play Anthony in LF every day. Take your lumps for the rest of the season.
