No, a loser would be someone that goes back and forth with another poster for months and months having dumb pointless arguments. I wouldn't stoop to loser behavior like that. I just like to waste time while I'm at work. If they bench Kiké, who are they going to play at SS instead? They don't have anyone! Mondesi is out until June and is liable to be put back on the IL soon after. Valdez is currently hitting worse in AAA than Kiké. Yu Chang's current OPS is 000. David Hamilton was not a good hitter in AA last season. There's no way he'd be adequate in MLB in 2023. They don't have anyone who can play SS aside from Kiké right now. Who are you playing there instead?

He has a 755 OPS as a leadoff hitter. He has a 778 OPS hitting 2nd. He's been worse everywhere else in the order. 2021: 342/457/799 hitting leadoff If he's hitting that right now, nobody is complaining.

Chaim started in 2020. The 2020 draft included 4 picks. Nick Yorke is in AA. Blaze Jordan is starting off in High A, but could be in AA by year end. Not many of the guys from this draft are beating the doors down across the league unless they are top tier prospects (Pete Crow Armstrong, Jordan Walker, Torkleson, Max Mayer). How long should the appropriate development time be for the 2021 and 2022 drafts? -

Career BABIP: 303 2022 BABIP: 394 I think he has utility as a platoon bat, but he should not be getting full time reps and the expectations should be that he's hitting at the bottom of the order.

I think it's a bad ASSumption to believe he'll come back fine. It's more likely to ASSume that there will be some sort of negative impact. -
He has had 2 bad starts. I'm not sure how he would have magically pitched better on Opening Day.

He had surgery on that same wrist last season. I would ASSume that fracturing that wrist this season may further impact him after he comes back off the IL. -
Kluber pitched better on Opening Day than Sale did on Day 2.

Which ones? Casas hasn't really hit enough to earn an extension. Bello hasn't performed long enough. Whitlock may not be a starter, but got his extension.
