    He's slowing down simply due to age. He may have been productive in the 2nd half earlier in his career, but I don't think his body responds the same way at age 35.

    Only had 37 RBI in the 2nd half! Almost 2/3rds of his production was from the 1st half?!? WTH? OPS was 787. Good, but not good enough for a number 4 hitter.

    He has a 532 OPS against RHP this year. I think many people expected him to fall back to earth somewhat.

    Per BTV, Paxton has the highest trade value, on par with Eddinson Paulino or Brandon Walter (top 15 player). Duvall is next with a trade value of Luis Guerrero (relief only arm ranked 25th). Justin Turner would bring back Tyler Esplin or other prospect well outside the top 40. Martin and Jansen have negative trade value per their calculations.

    I mean, you could just look at the MLB team payroll rankings. They aren't in the top 1/3rd of the league and are at least 13M under the CBT including benefits. That additional $$$ could have definitely been used meaningfully this year!

Refsnyder has reached base in 17 of his last 25 PA against lefties (10-for-18, 5 BB, 2 HBP). At least Cora is using Refsnyder correctly this year.

    @RedSoxPlayerDev What a week for Roman Anthony! In his first 6 games with Greenville, Anthony went 8-for-25 with 2 doubles, 2 home runs and 6 RBI.
