  1. Welcome to the site. Stick around, i personally suggest you try the gamethreads when you can, they're filled with awesomeness and Sox mojo.
  2. Nice pitch to end it.
  3. Green keeps defying expectations. Ellsbury has altered his stance somewhat, closing his legs quite a bit, that might allow him to turn on the inside hard stuff with much more ease.
  4. The problem is, he's running out of time, because the Angels have refused to give him any opportunities in the form of extended play in the Majors.
  5. I was checking out Wang pitching earlier in the morning, and from what i can tell, there's a bit of difference from his current and old windup, i can't quite put my finger on it, but i'll keep checking it out to see if there's some sort of mechanical flaw with Wang.
  6. How ironic would it be if Pavano owned the Yanks tomorrow?
  7. His stories are legendary. In his sophomore year here in the DWL a reporter was harrasing him with questions about an easy fly ball he let fall for a game tying hit in the late innings of the game and he slapped the reporter so hard all 5 of his fingers could be seen marked on the dude's cheek.
  8. Quote of the year right here, folks.
  9. That run is simply an example of Bay's awesomeness.
  10. Wow, Eaton wanted no part of Bay.
  11. Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooouk!!!!!!!!!!
  12. That's what Papi needs to do, take what they give him, doesn't need to try for a HR every AB.
  13. Just noticed, Papi is returning to his old stance, he's a lot more bent now.
  14. Ellsbury refuses to get on base.
  15. There's no defense for the long ball.
  16. Youk= Teh awesome.
  17. This is shaping up like one of those games when a pitcher who has been on the DL more than once because of whiplash rises up against a top starter and the game ends up a pitcher's duel, but seriously, this offense must not be contained by Adam f***ing Eaton.
  18. That, sir, is classic, mad props to you.
  19. Longoria K's a ton, he's not a huge AVG. guy, Jones chases a lot of bad pitches, it'll change as he matures, but a .300 avg is not a given, Cano has the same problem as Jones. My top 3 out of those: Cabrera, Youk, Kinsler in that order.
  20. I am indeed very pleased by this outing from CMW, please allow him to continue his awesomeness as part of the Yankee rotation.
