  1. Maybe the way they said no to his advances was to tell their husbands to get the "Little guy telling them he wants to f*** them to STFU and stop that".
  2. Credibility is actually making the research to back up a claim before you run your mouth and end up getting embarrassed.. Now the things you stated as "Facts" have become "Opinions". Credibility indeed.
  3. Ah, it appears i have struck a nerve. "Drop it and let's talk baseball". You gonna call your mommy crying? Making s*** up is talking about something you know nothing about as if you do. I.E: Matt Holliday's stats and potential, Clay Bucholz and everything about him. And by the way, what is this about the Yanks not offering arb to any of their FAs? Mega-contract to either Bay or Holliday or fiscal restraint?
  4. 9 per? Too much i think.
  5. Beltre, IMHO, is a sleeper to have a monster year if taken out of Safeco.
  6. Making s*** up? You mean the Gom special? Example: "Clay Bucholz has been injured a lot?" You keep grasping to my mistake between PA's and Ab's, and you're still butthurt because i handed your ass to you in a silver platter in the Holliday discussion. You were so desperate you said "several people had PM'd you", when in fact it was just ital playing with you. Now THAT'S making s*** up. What, you thought i forgot about that already?
  7. To move Pedroia to SS, they'd need to find a very good 2B and upgrade at 3B as well.
  8. Beltre should be offered arbitration. He's a hot commodity a 3B Polanco should be offered arbitration. Someone's going to bite on his defense and contact skills. Hudson should be offered arbitration, that one's a no-brainer. The Dodgers would get to keep him at a decent salary or collect the pick, someone's biting on him. Betancourt shouldn't be offered arbitration. That might prevent him from latching on to a new team due to his contractual demands and type A status, he could end up staying and getting a massive raise through arb, hamstringing the Rockies in the process. Vlad Guerrero i would offer arbitration to, he's a type B and would be a fit for many teams including the White Sox, Rangers, Twins, Orioles and Blue Jays. Nick Johnson is a player the Marlins should offer arbitration to, he's coveted by many teams and he's only a type B. Jose Valverde should be offered arbitration, it's a win-win for the Astros, he leaves, collect the draft picks, he stays, absorb the one-year contract, because it's not like they have a closer anyway. The Mets should offer Delgado arbitration, they've discussed bringing him back on a one-year deal, so why not offer him arb and turn it into a win-win situation, because let's face it: Daniel Murphy at 1st? Really? Darren Oliver should not be offered arbitration. He's been pretty effective the last couple of years, but he's also pushing 40 and the type-A tag might be too rich for team's blood. Randy Winn should be offered arbitration. He's a type B and many teams could use a guy with his skillset.
  9. Adrian Beltre.
  10. My good sir, you are taking an warranted shot on a fellow member, and it's not the first time you've done it. You deserve to be harped on. Stick to baseball. Take shots when shots are taken at you, it's a really simple formula.
  11. Fabrications. They traded him because he was about to get really expensive for them, which is what is about to happen with Hanley.
  12. The more time left on a player's contract (specially an affordable one like his) the better the return his team can get when trading him. If San Diego doesn't trade A-Gon between now and the All-Star break, it'll be because they couldn't find anyone to match up with for him. That team has no drawing power with or without him.
  13. Arte Moreno has publicly stated that he's interested in Bay, not Holliday. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/sports_blog/2009/11/arte-moreno-no-to-holliday-maybe-to-bay.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Fe This is old news, you need faster internet in your cab.
  14. So it doesn't make sense to get the maximum possible return for Gonzales when the Padres have a barren ML club and even worse minor league system? Besides Kyle Blanks, there is not one impact player in that system.
  15. Bow before my awesome powers of deduction.
  16. My prediction for Holliday with the Red Sox? .310/390/540, 33 HRs, 105 RBI.
  17. He has an .880 lifetime OPS against AL pitching. In a similar sample size between 08 and 09 Jason Bay compiled a .905 OPS, so i don't see the enormous difference if you account for defense.
  18. Edit that, champ.
  19. You ARE adam aren't you? :lol::lol:
