That's a good point, but a bunch of Dominican players are millionaires around that age and don't get into this much trouble. Also to note, Tatis Jr. has always been rich, he's not a nouveau rich guy coming from poverty like most of the other guys.

No it doesn't. Y'all are not conceptualizing the meaning of WAR correctly. Replacement level is a guy below the last guy in your bench, therefore an 0.5 WAR guy is basically a bench guy. Both stats can be used for the same contextual questions.

An 0.5 WAR (either calculation) does not a regular make.

Not the same Fenway. Current Fenway improves doubles for both RH and LH hitters, improves HR's for RHH and greatly suppresses HR power for LHH.
