    Winckowski has been struggling in august this far. Hopefully a weak Yankees lineup can get him going. On a side note I’ll be watching this game at the airport before flying to Houston to see Sox play Astros twice while there. It’s currently 63 degrees in Maryland. It’ll be 102 when I land tomorrow and my friends I’m visiting told me “I’m lucky it’s not worse.” I don’t think I could actually ever live in Texas off that weather alone.

    I think it’s a combination of how crazy the jump is from HS to MLB and how MLB contracts work. We’ll never know and it’s too early to tell, but Jackson Holliday is making minor league pitching look like a joke. He could’ve probably made the jump and done pretty well.
