I know Braun is not only a steroid user but also an *******, so he isn't a good example of wanting a guy whose a proven cheater. But would you guys really be against a guy like Nelson Cruz because his steroid past? From everything I've head about him it was a one time thing, he apologized, has been clean since and everyone pretty much forgave and forgot. Steroid users don't really bother me, yeah I don't want them specifically, but if they are gonna be allowed to play, I'd take them if they fit a need and other teams think the same way. Nelson Cruz a year after being suspended was signed by the Orioles and carried them into the playoffs. Peralta got a big pay-day after being suspended in 2013, etc.

Has Hembree ever started? He seems to pitch in long relief during all of these s***** starts by our starters, so might be worth a shot to just let him start the game. He cant be much worse then what we have. -

The worst part is we don't need just 1 starter, we need 2. None of the guys outside of Wright, Price and Porcello have shown any kind of signs of looking even decent.. -

Whats sad is that out of E-Rod, Kelly, Elias, O'Sullivan and Buchholz, Buchholz somehow has the lowest ERA in his starts -

Castillo looks hopeless at the plate. Thank God Sox management didn't listen to this forum and DFA Young and give him the job. Shaw has hit the ball well tonight, he's only 1-3, but has hit the ball hard all three times, which is a good sign, he needs to get going again.

Can Wilson get anymore f***ing lucky? that's seriously like the 6th time a ball has been ripped and its been either right at someone or someone has made a great defensive play.

Kelly, Buchholz, E-Rod, Owens and O'Sullivan have made 25 starts, during those 25 starts they've combined for 6 quality starts. Yes, 6. That is disturbingly bad.

Pedroia f***s up an easy DP ball, then E-rod lets Paul f***ing Janish get on again, giving one of the hottest hitters in baseball a chance to succeed again. This has been an awful game all around thus far.

Ugh, if E-Rod keeps sucking and Elias has a bad start tomorrow we could very well see Buchholz/Joe Kelly as the 4/5 again. Yayyyyyy

Predictable. Walks f***ing Paul Janish and then gives up a 2 run bomb. The pitching outside of the top 3 continues to be an incredible amount of suck.
