He's one of the most irrationally hated players in recent memory. Even when he's doing good people will hate on something he's doing.
  2. Jasonbay44
Pedroia is pretty exciting these days
  3. Jasonbay44
What the hell is Lin doing on 1B?
  4. Jasonbay44
Lin has been on base twice and has had two horrible ABs. Go baseball
  5. Jasonbay44
    Michael Chavis is pretty good
  6. Jasonbay44
    Great AB Devers.
  7. Jasonbay44
Xander has been good too. Don’t want to take away from him
  8. Jasonbay44
Mookie Betts and JD Martinez are both still good... rest of team... not so much
  9. Jasonbay44
Mookie is so bad. He can’t handle the pressure of the looming contract he’ll get in free agency!
  10. Jasonbay44
Now in 2019 Red Sox fashion. Mookie will hit a rocket right at someone for a DP.

Sox may get a break here, I'm not sure there is enough evidence to show Montas was on the bag.

I'm not even sure the whole Red Sox infield gets Chapman, he is really f***ing good.

Moreland had a hot two weeks, he's been horrible since then. Pearce has been one of worst position players in the MLB since being activated. 1B/2B are literally negatives for this team and we all know our catchers are weak hitters. Devers hasn't been bad, but not great either, and his errors, both mentally and physically have been hurting the team. Kimmi's point about JBJ isn't that he isn't struggling, but that he is expected to be one of the weak hitters, he hits 8th in the lineup for a reason. He's in the lineup for his elite defense, and what he adds offensively is gravy. However, this year, with the whole team besides about 4 guys looking awful at the plate, it is making JBJ look even worse. I get the frustrations with JBJ, I really do, but releasing him/giving him away while his value is this low does nothing to help the team. Who do you want to start over JBJ? We don't have many assets to trade for another OF, don't have many options on the current roster or in the minors that are ready.

I guess I gotta look at positives, at least I drafted good fantasy teams with a combined 1 Red Sox player (Brasier), otherwise I’d be to annoyed/pissed to follow baseball right now. This team is infuriating to watch

This season unfortunately reminds me of 2014.
  16. Jasonbay44
This team gets little to no production from 5/9 offensive positions. 2B, C, 1B, 3B and CF is a disaster. Not to mention the pitching is horrible and the defense, especially Devers has been horrendous. This is very concerning, to say the least.
  17. Jasonbay44
The team is also getting little to no production from 2B, 1B, C and 3B.
  18. Jasonbay44
    Man this team f***ing sucks.
  19. Jasonbay44
    At least Sale looked good
  20. Jasonbay44
Pearce looks like Pedroia at the plate
  21. Jasonbay44
    This team sucks
  22. Jasonbay44
    Xander.
  23. Jasonbay44
Why the hell would he bunt with bases loaded and 2 outs against a guy with crazy control issues?
  24. Jasonbay44
If he just stood there with the bat on his shoulder, a run scores
  25. Jasonbay44
Zunino is making some incredible stops. Alvarado has some crazy movement on these pitchers
