  1. Wang catches a HUGE break. Delgado hit a ball that clearly hit the top of the wall in fair territory, yet the umps decided to reverse the call taking away 2 or 3 runs from the Mets. Even with the awful call, the Met's still lead 3-0.
  2. WOW! Pierce vs. Lebron right now. Pierce with 39 and Lebron with 40. C's by 5 with 5:00 left in the 4th.
  3. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3401958 A-rod expects to return to the Yankee lineup on Tuesday. They desperately need an offensive spark and he could be the one to provide that.
  4. Paul Pierce is a monster! He's got 16 of the C's 29 points. I like the aggressive style so far from the Celtics.
  5. YOUUUUUUUUUUUK! If he can keep up these fantastic numbers without his second half decline he will easily be in the discussion for top first basemen in the AL.
  6. Well not a great start by Beckett today by any means, but at least he gutted through it and gave us 7 innings after the double header yesterday. It is a little worrying how his off-speed pitches were crushed today by the Brewers, hopefully he can figure it out before his next start.
  7. Celtics coming out firing right now. 16-6 in the 1st. It seems like the refs are letting more contact go without calling fouls. On a side note, why the hell does ABC not have an HD channel? The quality is extremely s*****.
  8. If thats a good throw Lugo is probably out.
  9. Ok What the f***. This is starting to worry me.
  10. Ugh. Whats up with Beck today? Another curveball to Braun.
  11. How does "Fenway giveth" ? That ball was crushed, it would've been out in nearly every park.
  12. LOL Ortiz manages to hit a rocket in the 1 ft of foul territory down there. Still its nice to see him jack the ball. EDIT: SWEET!!!!! 2 HRS
  13. And there is a Fenway Wall ball single.
  14. Nice inning by Beckett right after the offense took the lead. Keep it going please.
  15. I kind of like this back to back Homerun thing. 3-2 Sox. Ortiz is heating up
  16. SEE YA! A laser by Pedroia. Tie Game!
  17. Another nice throw by V-Tek, right on the bag.
  18. An easy 1-2-3 inning on 10 pitches for Villanueva, he's at 33 for his outing so far.
  19. It's hard to really appreciate how valueable Josh Beckett's curveball is. When Josh mixes up all his pitches, it is a deadly combo against the hitter.
  20. From Projo Soxblog: Outfielder Brandon Moss, who underwent an emergency appendectomy a few weeks ago, will get some at-bats in extended spring training Monday and Tuesday, then join the Pawsox in mid-week. ``He's ready to go,'' said Francona, who added that veteran outfielder Bobby Kielty (broken hand) remains at home in California. I wonder how a healthy Moss will affect the trade situation with Coco Crisp.
  21. Sweet! Thats good news, I'm really excited to see what Colon can give us, although he still hasn't been completely stretched out as his last start he only threw 64 pitches. You gotta feel bad for Chris Smith though, getting sent down after a mere two day stint with the big league club.
