  1. Juuuuust a little bit outside...
  2. Big gut check now--winning run at the plate.
  3. Hansen. TheKilo is seated in Great American behind JD Drew, but he came down to whisper in Tito's ear. Sure hope that he was right.
  4. Iwo Jima Mount Suribachi mojo. We're gonna need it.
  5. Crisp? Coco Crisp home run???
  6. Youk! Youk! Youk! went the Cinci crowd.
  7. All that I can say is that "boring" doesn't describe today's game.
  8. Two down. Well positioned on the shift.
  9. MLB Gameday shows 75 on my screen...was I cut off? Edit: I reloaded the entire MLB Gameday and now I've got nothing...I guess that there was a problem.
  10. I don't dispute that. Okajima??? Wakefield had only 75 pitches.
  11. Dan Fox did a play-by-play study of all MLB third base coaches over the 2007 season. Hale wasn't near the bottom, but he was below average.
  12. He seems to. It may be an issue of other teams' commentators believing that a little guy must be fast. :dunno:
  13. Wakefield was drafted as a first baseman...let's see if he can do anything.
  14. Two running-based runs...the Red Sox couldn't have done that in many prior years.
  15. Wow...infield in. That's a tribute to Tim Wakefield--you wouldn't see an AL team doing this in the fourth inning, but the Reds don't know Timmay. Darn. Lowell pops up.
  16. True, but Remy isn't a sports medicine professional. *** Dunn turned a fly out into a left-field triple.
  17. Dude, read Dustball's post. Obviously, the image of Scrappy-Doo wielding a bat was intimidating to an unfamiliar young NL pitcher.
