Good line in AA. The AAA promotion might be a showcase for a trade down the road. If he shows the capability to hit, he could be part of a package. Besides that, congrats to him on a promotion and a nice start to beginning to his season.

This is a great move by Atlanta. The Pirates seem to have no problem dealing within the division. Where as it always comes up as an issue for most other teams. Granted I don't know that much about the prospects going back to the Pirates.

Jacoby goes from an average to below average lead off hitter, to a dangerous #8 hitter. I like Bosox idea of hitting him in front of Ortiz. And agree Jacoby's OBP is not adequate for a lead off hitter. It's not all his fault though.. It's not like he's undisciplined, he isn't. But his speed reputation causes pitchers to come after him. Not wanting to give up the free pass. If he is going to get on base, he will have to hit his way on.

I went with Andrew Miller. Again a high potential unproven talent. LH come around a little later sometimes, but I think he is on the verge of being a very good pitcher.
