    Prior to yesterday, they had scored the same amount of runs as the sox so far.

    Pineda's velo was down, but so way everyone's velocity. Tanaka's was down too. It was bitterly cold. They couldn't barrel the ball off of him, his fastball was a lot less straight than his previous starts and his change was very good. He wasn't as overpowering as he was vs Boston, but he wasn't even challenged

    It's a 162 game season. Getting too high or low after 14 or 15 is premature.

    Dude, prior to last season, the Yankees started poorly and always made the playoffs. You just have to survive the first month without major injuries or a ridiculous deficit. Go for .500 through mid May and you'll be ok

    I agree, they do look dead. But it's April 16th, so it's not like the season is half over here. If this game ends as is, you're 4 games back in the division. Not an overwhelming deficit.
