    Nailed it. It was Felix at his finest. Hard to win a game when one of the best pitchers in the game has all his stuff.

    Crap. I was watching the 9th inning on a delay because my dog decided that it was a perfect time to flip out and bark up a storm. Not how I wanted it to go. But that was Felix. Not concerned about the offense. Sox should hammer the M's in the next 3 games.

    M's offense sucks, but still a terrific game for Morales. Clearly was running out of gas in the 7th (as I said about last start, he has to be worked up to 100+ pitches), but a good job to escape.

    Man, Felix is so good. I remember seeing Dice-K's first home start and Felix threw a 1-hit shutout. Incredible stuff.

    Morales' worst inning as a starter so far has been the 1st. Nice to see a 1-2-3.

    Yankees continue their roll to the East title. Rapada throws a double play into CF, Viciedo bombs a 3R HR next to go up 4-3.

    Got a standing room ticket for $9 and ended up sitting in the loge box for all 9 innings. Not bad. Great game. Offense was good, with some obvious help from Romero and the Jays fielding. Lester was solid. After the first inning, the only runs he allowed were the 2 HRs. Not a great outing, but good enough. McDonald's catch was amazing.

    Though the Red Sox have had the most DL days of anyone in baseball, and it's been some big players too. It's not the only reason for their struggles, but look at the outfield before Nava broke out. It was terrible. It's made a difference.

    Season is not nearly over (and this isn't a kneejerk reaction, I've been saying this). Only 2 GB of a playoff spot in June. Plenty of ball left, boys.
