  1. lol no joke I was about to come into this thread and write the same thing as the OP
  2. This is game 7, I'd hope that everyone is available (lone exception being maybe Okajima). Papelbon threw 8 pitches last night and had a rest day the day before that.
  3. in other news Joba was arrested for DUI
  4. Username: JoeMaDdon password: Ortiz34
  5. Ya I'm almost certain your info needs to match up exactly with how you registered
  6. sweet I got picked for the ALCS sale
  7. don't take everything literally
  8. well this sucks obviously but it's not the end. This team is far too good to completely collapse by virtue of one player (even if it is Brady).
  9. Not the greatest start but not bad for Clay outside the 3-run HR in the 6th. In AA: 21.0 IP, 13 hits, 2 BB, 27 K, 2.57 ERA
  10. haha, Pedroia "I told David he better quit bitching about getting pitches to hit, because he got plenty tonight"
  11. This is great news for Clay and it'd be great to see him finish the year in the minors strong. In a recent Globe article it talked about how Clay went back to how he pitched last year (so I'm assuming old armslot?). Thus far in AA: 15.0 IP, 7 hits, 1 BB, 18 K, 1.80 ERA
  12. haha I was mostly kidding
  13. you must be listening to the away broadcast
  14. ah shoot, sorry guys, thought the game was at 7 for some reason
  15. boo :thumbdown
  16. Byrd (8-11 4.61) vs. Ponson (7-4 4.67) Boston looking for its third win in a row...and Win!
  17. Wakefield (7-8 3.67) vs. Pettitte (13-9 4.17) Lets take care of business this weekend...and Win!
  18. Clay's first game back in AA went decently well: 7.0 IP, 5 hits, 4 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 8 K Good strikeout numbers, no walks, no HR. All 3 ER came in the 3rd off three consecutive hits.
  19. Exposito is definitely the best catching prospect in the system, and he actually has a reverse split home and away: Home: .271/.307/.402/.709 Away: .354/.381/.677/1.058
