  1. Bears are inside the 1.
  2. Realistically, that's entirely possible.
  3. It's going to be a tough choice on whether to start Teixiera or Lee at first. Both are outstanding ballplayers.
  4. Yeah, it was sort of like the Amani Toomer play against the Chiefs.
  5. Yeah, it's really not specific enough.
  6. That was incomplete. He didn't make a "football move."
  7. A bit of confusion for Carolina's offense going on right now...
  8. 14 yard punt for Carolina anyone?
  9. Bears win at home, I agree. They will suffer in Seattle, I don't. http://www.sportsblah.com ^^Ultimate Bears Propaganda Site
  10. Actually, we're pretty set in the bullpen.
  11. I live near Philly. Trust me, the fans are all over him here. Imagine Boston. The guy is like...the king of garbage numbers. When he gets up in a 0-0 ballgame in the third, he'll do something. If he gets up in the ninth inning of a close game, you just know he's not going to do anything. He's also very streaky and an extreme downgrade from Manny. (Not to completely knock him, one thing that would be good if he was here is that he could add some stolen bases and be a defensive upgrade.
  12. Actually, Vanderjagt is the most accurate kicker in the history of the NFL. I guess he just has trouble under pressure.
  13. Vanderjagt. missed. the. kick.
  14. Holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. This is stupid. Polamalu should have 2 picks already.
  16. Feathered and lethal.
  17. Marte can't play short. But that's not the question, it's would Cleveland trade Peralta for Marte? I would trade Marte for Peralta in a heartbeat.
  18. I've heard Houston is committed to getting Bush with the first pick. If that's the case, they might trade Carr for line help, not Williams. Which then would mean, yes, that they sign Kitna (or someone else).
  19. Alan Faneca clearly jumped, you can tell on the replay.
  20. Like Jason Michaels. Even if they did add him, I wouldn't be happy. Abreu would get eaten alive in Boston.
  21. Seanez should be solid too. Timlin's always good, and if Foulke can return to form we've got one of the top bullpens.
  22. No doubt. I was thinking more along the lines of 30 HR, .305 AVG., 110 RBI, .375 OBP. The guy's already putting up ridiculous numbers and his upside is tremendous.
  23. David Carr can be a solid QB, it's just that his line couldn't block a stuffed animal and he spends more time on the ground than standing up.
  24. Chicago: I think they'd rather break in Rex Grossman than bring in Jon Kitna. Detroit: Why would they want Kitna?? They're probably going to draft a QB and if they don't, I don't think Jon Kitna is going to be one of their top choices.
  25. Who do you guys think would be worth trading Marte for?
