    That it was. As for Jsinger whining about Ben's TD, it doesn't have to go over the paint, and if any part of the ball goes over the white stripe, he's in. You would be complaining if they had overturned the call too.

    I admit I am a bit biased towards the Sox, but I'm realistic. You get ridiculous sometimes. Didn't you say the Sox were going to be third in the division? Now if you were a Sox fan, your Yanks would be third. I at least had the Yanks second, not too biased, and that is truly what I believe will happen.

    Noooo. Please stop. I'm sick of hearing people complain about the refs. The Roethlisberger play was inconclusive, so they couldn't overturn it. The Jackson pushoff was close but if they hadn't called it people would still be whining. The only really horrible officiating this playoffs was Polamalu's pick.

    This time all you did was post the link. Plenty of other times I have seen you be completely unrealistic in predictions and such, and other people have posted things to lead me to believe that you were unrealistic in past forums as well. Clemens is probably either playing for Houston or not playing. Someone above mentioned his restaurant, and he pitched for them in BP.

    Hey Rivernator, maybe you guys can get Clemens, then Steinbrenner will invent a time machine and send him back 20 years. Then you can sign Pettitte, and trade Rey Sanchez for Johan Santana. Oh, and the Astros would probably also give you Roy Oswalt along with the other two for no extra charge.

    Hey guys, for spring training, I've made a five page thing on Word with a picture of each player with the name, number and position (for non-pitchers). For players who we don't know or haven't seen very well this can be very useful for things like autographs. If you want me to try to give you a copy, PM me, but I'm not sure if it will work because of the amount of pictures on it. Thanks.

    I wouldn't go out of my way to deal Manny, because we're not going to get equal value, so we would probably be better off just riding out the contract.

    This is why the Sox were looking for a solid bat to protect Papi if they were going to trade Manny. I remember one game last year, I honestly don't know who they were playing but Manny had the day off and Papi was intentionally walked like four times. It was ridiculous.

    You misunderstood me. What I meant was it would be bad to have pitchers sitting on the bench when you can trade them for key components and when they are blocking Pap. Papelbon is ready, and I'd like to see him start out in the rotation.

    Actually it can be, if there's trade oppurtunities for better players and you have a lot of pitchers anyway. Also it can be when you're trying to make room in the rotation for young guys like Papelbon.
