no....he can't play the outfield anymore -
its called using the minor leagues to develop your secondary pitches. hence he is till 21 and has time to get to the big leagues.

the US should have just brought young NHL players. Weight, Tkachuk, Hatcher, Chelios, Modano are all past their primes and do not have the game anymore to compete with the best in the world. its not laviolette's fault he was dealt with a crappy roster to begin with.

it would have much more interest if it was after the season than before. with great players dropping out constantly the tournament is losing some of the lust it may have had.

he can forget about getting traded to the angels unless ervin santana, howie kenrick, and brandon wood are coming back in return along with another player. the angels had their chance but they chose to stand pat like they normally do.

i never said he was glavine.....im saying that glavine does not throw hard and that pitchers who don't throw can be successful if they have control and can spot there pitches. philips is still young enough where he can develop so I wouldn't get throw him to the curb yet.

they have a very tough bracket in order to reach the gold medal game. i think the gretsky thing is hanging over the teams head and they will have a tough time getting past russia in the quarters.

agreed......either kapler or dustin mohr..... kapler will likely begin the season on the shelf so dustin mohr is probably the favorite right now.

its not that time consuming. you check your team like once a day or you can set your lineup days in advance. just be around to make roster changes if players get injured.

the matchups are set for the quarterfinals of olympic hockey tournament. whats everyones take on the matchups? US vs Finland Sweden vs Switzerland Czech Republic vs Slovakia Canada vs Russia If the US wins they play the winner of sweden-switzerland. clearly the United States is on the easier side of the bracket but it still will not be easy.

durazo is not a triple A player. he can hit when healthy but he can't really play the field. why would durazo even accept a triple A assignment.

take bartolo colon last year. had the most wins in the AL but was clearly not the best pitcher in the league. -
