Tampa has a very weak lineup. Hopefully, our starters can chew up some innings against them. Well it looks like brittle Kelly will start his stint on the DL pretty soon.
-
Or Farrell's brain should be DL'd.

4/18 vs. Blue Jays: Patriot's Day

We need Good Buch this season, and today we got Great Buch. The lineup without Ortiz and Holt but with Young was flat, but people will make the excuse about how dominant Happ was. Eyeroll. Shaw is just flat out earning his spot on this team every single game. He can play 1B and 3B more than adequately. He can hit RHP and LHP. He is a good everyday player. Koji looks like there is nothing left in his tank. His first pitch was 79 mph and he threw other non-breaking balls at 81 mph. Most concerning is that he has always been a strike throwing machine. His ball to strike ratio was pathetic today. Dumbass Farrell put Kimbrell in a tight spot from which he did not escape. -

Joe Torre once hit into 4 DPs in a game I think. He blamed Felix Milan for getting on base in front of him. -
I wonder if there have been any pitchers to successfully return to the bigs after having this procedure.
-
Hopefully, his contract is insured.

Welcome. Any friend of Spud's is a friend ... of Spud's.
-
That is big time.

The bullpen was a steaming pile of garbage last year. That we had an immediate need was not hyperbole at all.
-
He looks ready to me, and whether it was 8 games, 12 or 20 is irrelevant. It was not a panic move. CV was ready.
-
You are a good egg.
-
Not all of them are funny, but some are very funny.
-
He's an imbecile.
-
And people have posted the same type of sentiments the last time when Young played against RHP. At some point, it is not a coincidence.
-
I don't think the 3 k's today are going to help him at all.
-
It would be hard to pick one. I think we would go with a committee for that role.
-
We could revamp the entire organization and work on our golf games in our spare time.
-
I am more confident in Noe than Hembree
-
I'd work as your assistant.
-
If he can't be ready to hit lefties off the bench after sitting, then he is useless to us.
-
He has been doing more than anyone expected.
-
Pillar can play CF.
-
How many games will it take for it to dawn on Farrell that playing Young against RHP and sitting Holt kills the production of our offense?
-
They really should hire me as a scout. I would work cheap.
