    Bradley for the lead

You should have your salary doubled or get OT payments as this will be the most mod'ing (is that the term?) that hav had to do in a while.

What happened to Shaw on the DP relay?

Even good Buch has a slow pace, but nothing like Beckett's
  5. a700hitter
It reminds me of Buchholz's pace.

You need to cut Farrell a break. His mind is overtaxed playing in an NL team with his pitcher having to bat and the terrifying prospect of double switches. It is very heady stuff.

And you vote for the candidate that favors legalizing pot?
  8. a700hitter
We should be blowing the doors off this horrible Atlanta team, but we are playing our B lineup. Maybe Farrell could downgrade our attack by getting Young into the game.

Only if you get enough sleep.
  10. a700hitter
Maybe Brain Dead Farrell will get Ortiz and Hanley some ABs this game.

Panda's problem is that he as problems making the routine plays.
  12. a700hitter
I'll cut you some slack because you are still a minor.

Porcello is looking good for the second start in a row. It is much needed.

Refusing to acknowledge fault in your team in the face of irrefutable evidence makes a homer.

ESPN sucks and of course it is mandatory to stay up and watch our games to completion. What kind of Red Sox fan are you?

i was too young for Vietnam. Lol!

Why did he go on the DL or is it is horrible start to the season?
  18. a700hitter
Boone is horrible. He adds nothing to the broadcast.

I saw him I'm Spring Training briefly. He was all over the place walking batters. My recollection is that he was taken out in the middle of an inning which is rare in ST for a reliever. I could be mistaken. He was demolishing batters last night. It is the second time that he has pitched 3 innings for us in a short span. Does he have potential to get stretched out for a starting role? He threw almost 50 pitches last night.

I think Hanley is just fine at 1B, but GG talk my be a bit of hyperbole.

UN gave us the run down on the cost to have a nutritionist, chef and personal trainer in the DR and it is pocket change in the context of his annual $17 million salary. If he hires them, he might be committed to using them. If DD has to hire them, Panda will be sneaking out for pizza.

I don't think that we have a WWII veteran on this site. You will be the first. Welcome.
  23. a700hitter
Hanley is just about ready to break out. He has hit in some hard luck for the last week.
  24. a700hitter
If that were the rule, we would have no game threads.

    Good night, Red Sox Nation!
