    Under the 1 game elimination format for WC teams, it is much more important to win your division. I realize that the SF Giants went all the way as the WC, but the path to going to the WS is much easier if you win your division.

    I saw him in ST. I don't agree with that although he could shed a few lbs. Pedroia was a little pudgy too in 2006 in ST, but got himself into better condition.

    Under Forum Actions, go to General Settings. On the left hand side of the page go to Edit Ignore and add the offender's Username.

    The NBA is a joke. The Warriors added one of the best players in the game, Durant to the best regular season team of all time. The only team that can compete is the Cavaliers. Below the Cavaliers there are a few Western Conference teams that are good teams. The rest of the league and the whole Eastern Conference sans the Cavs are doormats. The league is a joke. Durant is going to pat himself on the back for winning a Championship as a hired gun on an All Star team. Whenever Lebron goes somewhere he brings along with him a core of All Stars. He did it in Miami and in Cleveland. Big whoop.

    Yes, there is an ignore feature. And he is worthy of its use. He doesn't look to discuss the Red Sox. He looks to argue and often quite obnoxiously.

    2015 and 2016 were opposite extremes. He is somewhere in the middle of that spectrum. He is an effective innings eater who keeps his team in most of his games.

    It was awesome base running as it is when our guys do it. It is also poor defense when the opposition misses our guys as it was with Pablo today.

    Lucky break for us. Moreland almost got caught off 3B to end the inning. Terrible throw by Pena saved Moreland another base running rock.

    He was also the dope who got tagged out on the triple play. The umps screwed up the call, but either way he did the wrong thing. If he thought it was an infield fly, he ass should have been planted on 2B. If he thought there was no infield fly call, he should have been headed to 3B. He was 2 steps off of 2B when the throw came in and he was going back to the base. What he did was inexplicable under any circumstances. I think you are right -- Moreland is building a thick record of stupidity on the bases.

    Maybe he ran through the stop sign. I didn't notice that. But you have to be yelling at your guys. "Back back back!" should have been getting screamed by Butterworth. What does he think his role is out there -- to relay all the signs for the plays that we never put on?
