He leaves three ducks on the pond, but RBI is a stupid meaningless stat. Of course, it might be an indicator to dive deeper into his other stats to see if he is a productive hitter. Those of us who have watched him know that he is having a s***** year. His lack of RBI is just one indicator.

The defense just took a tremendous hit. I thought that this no Collusion rule was supposed to reduce injuries. Such BS. Bradley could have steamrolled that catcher and everyone would be okay.

All the hand-wringing over a super-sub guy like Holt is perplexing. There is no big upgrade in the organization that is reliable that overcomes his versatility. He is a bench guy. If he was as good as a starter, he would be a starter. He's a solid pro, and when he is in the lineup giving someone a rest, I am not pulling out my hair. I pull my hair out as our runners run into ridiculous outs on the bases and when our LF doesn't know where or when to throw a ball. Those things frustrate me, because they are fixable through coaching.

let him get it from someone else. Ten years is far too long for a guy whose game is very dependent on his speed. That 30 HR power from last year may be the exception and not the rule.
