  1. Wright will get the start on Tuesday (inserted as a 6th starter into the rotation temporarily to give the rotation extra rest). Who will be availale to piggyback with Pomeranz on Thursday? I am guessing Velasquez.
  2. It means that he looks good in a suit.
  3. I have gone back and forth on Damon. I was really mad when he left to go to the Yankees. Then I cut him slack, because it was obvious that the Red Sox turned their backs on him. I got mad again when we tried to pick him up one September for our stretch run and he turned his back on us.
  4. Jacko was as quiet as a Church mouse when the Yankees sucked for a few years. That just goes to prove my theory that Yankee fans are good losers, but obnoxious winners. The Yankees are on the upswing now, so we should expect Jacko and other Yankee fans to become more and more obnoxious. Red Sox fans are good winners, but terrible losers. When we win, we treat the losers with magnanimity, and we foolishly expect to be treated the same way when we lose. I have warned about this many times. Yankee fans need to stepped on and trashed while they are losing (even when their team is irrelevant). We have been far too nice to them.
  5. Good job with the at the game mojo, Moon.
  6. I hope that JD isn’t hurt now.
  7. Swihart looked safe to me unless he kept the tag on him and he came off the base.
  8. Swihart trying to prove Cora right.
  9. Keeping Holt was the right move.
  10. Last inning was a great inning for Porcello— maybe his best inning in 2 years. He k’s 3 in a row after putting the first 2 runners on.
  11. Bad knees or not, predicting that a 34 year old second baseman only has a year or 2 left is not really going out on a limb.
  12. Beltran played the OF pretty well after his surgery. I am not a doctor, but I don't think Microfracture surgery involves ligaments or tendons that keep the knee stable and permit lateral movement.
  13. This ridiculous 10 day troll come to an end.
  14. Bringing him back without penis talk would be like sending Steven Wright to the mound without his knuckleball.
  15. That double toe tap has to go. This is why the hitting coach needs to take him into watch video.
  16. I remember the talk a couple or so years ago about his double toe tap with his front foot. John kruk spotted it in a minute in BP. He had a double toe tap that prevented him from getting his bat into the zone even on average fastballs.
  17. I question the terms of this reinstatement. Without penis talk, what does he have to offer?
  18. VMart didn't get any slower after his surgery. Hitters like VMart at the MLB level need good legs to provide a sound foundation. VMart had a monster year two years after his surgery. Pedey has never been fast, and over the last several seasons, he has been rather slow. That hasn't prevented him from being a top defender.
  19. You are probably right. LOL!!
  20. Also Victor Martinez has played a long time after his microsurgery. In 2014, two years after his surgery, he arguably had the best season of his career.
  21. Carlos Beltran played for quite a few years after his microsurgery.
  22. You would think that this would put to an end the stupid trolling of this issue.
