  1. Zach Britton has been stinking out the place since his return. I don’t want to touch that guy.
  2. He’s back to giving up the Porcellos.
  3. Even Pujols knows that he missed the tag. He was laughing when they made the out call.
  4. How did that not get overturned. None of the angles showed anything close to a tag.
  5. I saw Robles come off the DL for the Mets and serve up a grand slam on his his first pitch back from the DL. He is doing much better tonight. Theee pitches and no grand slam.
  6. Robles is a pig. This could get ugly for the Angels fast.
  7. I was surprised to see that in his entire career that he has only played 6 games at Fenway in his career.
  8. I agree. If a pitcher misses a start, that is like him missing 27+ opposing ABs. That’s like a hitter missing 5-6 games to watch his wife breast feed the baby while collecting $500k of leave pay. Don’t get me started.
  9. LOL! Only for overpaid ballplayers who only work 6 months a year. Don’t get me started on Starting Pitchers who work 35 days a year if healthy.
  10. I am from Brooklyn, NY. Being a prick is a cultural thing.
  11. Or replace the LI. What was I thinking!
  12. Bradley is hot and it is bobble head night. I have a theory about players performing on their bobble head nights. Always start them on your Fantasy teams on their bobble head night.
  13. I am partial to Clint for a boy. Cool for a girl too. LOL!
  14. Based on what DD said yesterday, it looks like Wright will be back before Pom.
  15. I should have picked him in FanDuel.
  16. Price was a blue chip elite prospect when he was drafted #1 overall and since then he has been an elite performer at every level including 10 years in the big leagues. Leaving out his cup of coffee in his first season, he has averaged 180 innings each year with 8.6 strikeouts per 9 innings and a 3.25 ERA. This guy is a valuable commodity. His career has been one of consistent excellence.
  17. Okay, I will put this to bed and be the bigger man. I will plead to being wrong about the reporter not knowing who Hanley was. Mea Culpa. Of course, this admission makes my point even stronger that the reporter in question engaged in irresponsible news reporting. Knowing that Hanley was a Red Sox player whose future earning power is highly dependent on preserving his good name, she should have verified her story before smearing him. I hope Hanley sues her for defamation. It feels good to unburden myself, especially when it bolsters my argument.;):p Thank you.
  18. The only post of mine that could be mistakenly interpreted as presuming guilt was the one where I said that the Feds are dusting off the hot seat for Hanley. I put that line in as a joke. It is a line a line from “On the Waterfront” and the post to which I was responding had a line from On the Waterfront. I could understand that some people are not familiar with the less notable movie line that I used. It is one of my favorite movie lines delivered by Lee J. Cobb, “Don’t you understand. They’re dusting off the hot seat for me.”
  19. Another from my fan club chiming in. LOL!
  20. I do like to correct misspellings from time to time, but I didn’t edit any substance.
  21. You are absolutely wrong. I was presuming that it it might have had something to do with his release. I never remotely presumed his guilt on any of it. I didn’t even weigh in on the issue of him smoking pot.
  22. I was wondering how close he was to a return.
  23. Hopefully, it is only a couple of weeks and not more.
