I was worried that JD had banged into a DP onbthat last hit. There wasn’t a lot of room between those middle infielders. We benefited from some randomness there. And randomness can result in a 4-5 run win just as much as it can in 1 run games.

He hurt his hand on the stolen base last inning. Hopefully, it isn’t anything. Bad, but he was pissed when he slid into the base. I could tell right away that there was something wrong.

i think you were more perceptive than most about Hanley and you were unjustly abused for it. I think we have a pretty good idea why other teams have not been sniffing around Hanley for the minimum.

The minute that Beni hit the fence Cora should have brought in a reliever. They could have bought plenty of time tending to Beni with the trainer.

it doesn’t help his productivity that he strikes out 25% of the time. As for the times that he puts the ball in play, I am having a hard time accepting that exit velocity number. While he has hit a few balls on the nose, he had made a lot of very weak contact. -
Exactly. I wonder if Pedroia is starting to realize that his buddy, Manny has jeopardized his career.
