We do need a SS, and Lowrie cannot be relied upon to take the starting job in 2010. Where do they turn? What about the Ramirez on ChiSox? He'd be way cheaper than HanRam from a $ and trade perspective. I don't know much about the guy, but he has looked pretty good this weekend. He seems to have good range and a very strong arm.

If Beckett shits the bed with the HR ball today, I think they should give him an extra days rest or skip his next start. Texas is not going to catch us. They have to play the Angels 7 times and they are having time beating the O's. The Sox need to get Beckett right, and I think he could use a little rest.

He's not articulate. That's doesn't necessarily mean that he is stupid. He may indeed be stupid, but we can't judge that from the fact that he speaks poorly, which may explain why he avoided the press during his playing days. On another note, How have thing worked out with school?
