Congrats. It was an exciting week. You had the best team.

After the Sox game, I took a walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the beautiful weather and get some exercise. We passed two couples who were standing and chatting. We said hello to each other. I don't know them. I heard a grunt or a growling like noise after I passed. With that, one of the women said, "what are you growling about." He said: "Red Sox fan." I turned smiled and held up 4 fingers and told him that it was only 4 games in the loss column and that it would probably be 2 games by Friday. We all had a good laugh, but they (Yankee fans) are starting to feel the uncomfortable breath of the Sox breathing down the Yankees' necks.

Oooh you are really feeling the heat with your team going out to LA. It would be a pretty big collapse if we caught you in the last week. It would be a bit shocking. Anyway, rules be damned. Hey, hey!! What's with the name -calling! You must be feeling the heat with the Sox only 4 back in the loss column and the Yankees have to play the Angels. Anyway, if you read my response to 228's post, you would have seen that I never said or inferred that ARod was juicing after 2003, but he did admit to juicing prior to 2004. Mods, this is a rule infraction, and Yankee fans should be on a shorter list than the rest of us.

I never said that ARod has not been clean since 2003, but the case comparing the two is not the same, because ARod has admitted that he used PEDs before 2004, plus he wasn't he outed by Canseco? What Ortiz took before 2004 has never been established, and no one has ever outed him.

Who cares. He sucks and he's a Yankee. The only heartwarming Yankee stories that I like to hear is when they are forced to sell their World Series rings and end up living under bridges or pumping gas. f*** Ian Kennedy.
