I didn't say that he was great in post season. He's far from Schilling, but he does consistently keep the game close and give the team a chance to win. That has to be weighed in his favor. We have no idea what Buchholz we are going to see in the playoffs. Will it be the one with the deceptive change up that the batters can't resist or will it be the guy that gives up 3 or 4 jacks in 3 innings and takes your team out of the game. In an elimination game, I'm not willing to take the risk. I'll go with the guy who has a track record of keeping the team in the game.
